When you are self-conscious about your stain-filled teeth, it may affect your mental state, relationships and even impede your success in your career. The good thing is that you don’t have to undergo costly and complicated procedures to erase stains on your teeth. A simple tooth whitening treatment from Proffitt Dentistry can transform your teeth in ways you never imagined.
Are you frustrated with over-the-counter whitening products? You are not the first one. These products usually promise buyers over the moon results but have little to show when put into use. Either the results are patchy, or sometimes, there are no results at all!
At Proffitt Dentistry, we wouldn’t want to see you waste your money and time with store-bought products. We have custom-designed whitening trays to erase years of discoloration with comfort and safety. Unlike those generic trays you find in your local store, ours are custom-made to perfectly enclose your teeth for consistent results — no room for patchy results here!
The first step is to ensure that your teeth aren’t sensitive and that you don’t have cavities and gum disease that may impede the teeth whitening results. Next, we recommend professional teeth cleaning to eliminate plaque and tartar that may hinder the tooth whitening process.
When preparation is done and dusted, the next step is to take impressions of your teeth. This step is crucial since we need to get the details of your teeth, tongue, lips, and other structures right to make trays that fit perfectly over your teeth.
Your trays may take a few weeks to fabricate. When they are ready, you will pick them up from our dental office as we direct you on how to whiten your teeth with your new trays. With 1-2 hours of use every day, you will notice results within two weeks.
